Practitioner Training Payments &
Agreements for Admission

We are delighted to welcome you to register for the 2023-24 Ancestral Healing Practitioner training! We offer gratitude for your trust and enthusiasm for the important work ahead.

To register, there are three steps: sign the Agreements Form, determine your tuition payment plan, and make an initial payment.

The Agreements Form is linked below, and it’s a longer document informed by our experience with six previous cohorts of ancestral healing trainees. Please make sure to read over the entire form and to feel encouraged to ask any questions that arise.

Tuition payment plans include numerous options to support accessibility. We trust you to choose the payment option most appropriate to your budget. If you’re able to make a one-time payment for the full training cost, we’re happy to extend a $500 discount. There are also options to pay in two, four, or twelve installments over the course of the year. To complete your registration today, make your first payment and sign the agreement form.

If the expense of the training is prohibitive for you, please complete the reduced cost application as well as the Agreements Form. Up to this point applicants are assessed based only on merit, not on ability to pay. Completing the reduced cost application will help us understand what’s possible for you. It’s core to our mission at Ancestral Medicine to keep our offerings accessible to people of diverse means, geographies, and backgrounds, and we will do our best to accommodate all who are a good match for the training while also caring for organizational sustainability, Ancestral Medicine staff, and our larger service in the world. 

Upon receipt of your reduced cost application, we’ll reply with the best cost reduction offer we’re able to extend. If we are able to arrive at a reduced payment plan that works for all involved, making a first payment on that payment plan, along with signing your Agreements Form completes your registration. 

All accepted trainees are asked to initiate a tuition payment plan within 30 days of being accepted and no later than October 1, 2023 (whichever comes first). Thanks for tending to the registration steps and, again, warm welcome!

Please note: In addition to the registration requirements above, some incoming trainees have learning and experiential prerequisites to fulfill by the end of September 2023. These may include: four sessions with an ancestral healing practitioner, completion of the Ancestral Lineage Healing online course, and/or two lineages in a healed condition. Although these are required to begin the training, they are not required to register. Our team has detailed which, if any, of these prerequisites we believe you still need to fulfill in the personalized email you received with your invitation to register.

The cost of this professional training and certification is $7,500 USD. Below are payment options.

If you’d prefer to make a larger upfront payment (a down payment of sorts) followed by lower monthly payments, we’re open to discussing options with you. Please email us with the amount you have for deposit, and your proposed monthly payment amount, and we’ll get back to you.

We’re also open to discussing 18 and 24 month payment plans at $416.67 and $312.50 respectively per month for the duration of your agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Select the payment plan that works for your budget, and initiate the plan by making your first payment. After that, our system will automatically charge your card or Paypal account on the same day every month for the duration of your payment plan. We will never have access to your credit card or financial information.

We would love nothing more than to accommodate every budget. However, we are a small (but mighty!) team. Individualized payment plans create a degree of administrative labor our team simply cannot support. We’ve done our best to create a range of payment possibilities. If none of these suit your needs and you’d like to discuss it further, you can reach out to info@ancestralmedicine.org, but we’re fairly committed to the options we’ve already provided.

We have no official work-trade plan at this time, but we are often in want of work to support the creation and design of our courses. If you have experience in design, tech, marketing, data analytics, or a related field, we’d be happy to hear what you have in mind. Email info@ancestralmedicine.org with your proposal.

We also have volunteer options available and we welcome your involvement, however volunteering is not a direct exchange for tuition, and we do not require that individuals taking advantage of our cost reduction options volunteer with Ancestral Medicine.

Full scholarships are not available at this time. This training involves intensive individual and group teaching, mentorship and collaboration with a number of experienced practitioners, educators and ritualists. The tuition set for the training reflects the significant time and resources invested in each trainee.

Yes, you can become certified while still carrying a balance with Ancestral Medicine provided you continue to make payments and to stay in dialogue with the organization toward eventual resolution of your balance.
