Ritual Skills for Turbulent Times
with Dr. Daniel Foor
Watch the Recording:
Ritual arts and spiritual practices come most alive in times of necessity. Sudden loss and upheaval, healing breakdowns and breakthroughs, major life changes – our outer conditions and inner transformations can easily outpace our feeling of safety and ease. In such times our ability to remember our values, stay well resourced, and engage in conscious practice and navigation can make all the difference.
This free teaching presents insights and skills for navigating major, catalytic change and includes an experiential practice.
Life is the ritual, incarnation the duration, this body the location.
