Please use the form below to submit a request for any type of payment or reimbursement from Ancestral Medicine. Submit one form per payment request.
What to expect
After you send it, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If we have questions or follow up, we’ll reach out. Payments can take 7-14 business days to process. If you need help, email info@ancestralmedicine.org.
How & when payments are processed
U.S. domestic folks will receive payment via Bill.com, which usually comes as a direct deposit. International folks will be paid via PayPal.
A note on taxes
Compensation received by Ancestral Medicine for paid services is considered independent contractor income. Any person eligible to work in the United States who earns $600 USD or more in contractor income within a calendar year will receive a statement of contractor income from us as required by U.S. federal law (1099-MISC) by January 31 of the following year. Please see the relevant information in the Volunteering & Educational/Ritual Work section, located in the Practitioner Network Portal.
