Reclaiming
Intuition

Rebuild Connection. Restore Boundaries.
Return to Right Relationship.

SIX MONDAYS

BEGINNING OCT 27

4pm Vancouver | 7pm NYC | 11am Sydney (Tuesdays)

About the Course

Intuition and connection to older ways of knowing can feel antagonistic to materialism and modernity. So many of our cultural systems and ways of life encourage numbness and disconnection from the sensorial, the imaginal, and deep feeling. For harmful systems to thrive, multi-dimensional ways of knowing and living must be repressed.

This course invites repair by nurturing an ecology where intuition can live and thrive through steady practice. We’ll take a clear-eyed look at intuition as an ancestral strategy for becoming a thriving participant in the living world. Our focus will be to gently unravel the repression that severs us from our innate capacity to sense, feel, and know. We’ll cultivate ways to support a healthy, integrated relationship with visions, dreams, voices, inspired speech, and the quiet sensing of the body—our soma as an antenna in dialogue with the living world.

Course Overview

We know the term déjà vu as the uncanny feeling that a present moment or situation has been experienced (or déjà rêvé, “already dreamed”) before. While often explained as a neurological glitch, many interpret déjà vu as a fleeting intuitive recognition, an overlap between different layers of time or perception.

In Andean traditions, the word Munay conveys a heart-centered intuitive power, often linked to love and will as a unified force for action and perception. Shen, in Daoist tradition, is the subtle spirit or consciousness of a person, linked to intuitive perception and vitality. In Welsh bardic tradition, the flowing inspiration or insight that comes from attunement to the unseen is referred to as Awen. In English, we might reach for imperfect words like telepathy or mediumship to refer to diverse ways of knowing because so much has been lost due through centuries of colonialist erasure and Earth disconnection.

But good news: there is a path back. Many paths really.

In these six lessons, we’ll explore intuition as a natural human ability celebrated across diverse cultures and contexts. This includes the felt sense that tells us when something isn’t right, the clarity that comes from a “gut check,” and the quiet ways we simply know what we need to know.

Reclaiming intuition means returning to an ancestral way of knowing yourself and the world. This course supports both those seeking to reconnect with their intuitive capacity and those wishing to strengthen or establish healthy boundaries—especially where porousness has led to an overwhelming flood of intuitive information or unwelcome energies.

At its core, intuition is rooted in the body—it’s not just a mental skill. It’s an experience that is often somatic and subliminal. We are the stuff of stars and cool Earth. Our bodies have been shaped by ancient forces. We’re sensitive to a vast range of information in ways that are both practical and mysterious, and the guidance we need is often all around us, we just need to (re)learn to listen.
