for the Animism & Earth Ritual Practitioner Training
Overview
The formal training spans 13 months, from February 2026 to March 2027. Trainees then focus on certification requirements—public sessions and a service project—at a pace that aligns with personal rhythm and capacity.

Orientation Meetings (February 2026)
All three orientations are required and can be listened to afterward for credit if you can’t join live. They’re each 90 minute gatherings.

Practice Intensive One: Skills Bundle One (February – March 2026)
During Practice Intensives, you’ll be asked to watch a pre-recorded lesson on the weekly topic along with a demonstration video. These can be found in your portal. Following that, you’ll attend one of three practice sessions with your peers to enact new skills. Select your weekly session times and dates using the form provided by our team (the link will come via email). Practice Session calls are 2 hrs 45 mins, which includes a 15-minute break.
Each week, you’ll also attend a 90 minute Q&A call each week with Daniel to review and integrate new learning. Q&A calls are required. If you must miss one, please watch the recording and post in the connection space with substantive reflections on the teaching.
This pattern repeats weekly for six weeks. Please allow at least 6 hours per week during this portion of the training.

Interim Period One: Exchanges & Skills Practice (April - June 2026)
The first Interim is three months long. During this time, you’ll be required to complete peer exchanges, attend small group and individual mentorship sessions, attend 90-minute teachings from guest teachers, and attend 90-minute demos and teachings with Daniel.
